As Head Pastry Chef at THE WATERVIEW, I can assure you that not only will it be sweet, but also fresh and delicious. Our desserts, pastries and special occasion cakes are all prepared on site in our bakery. My objective is to provide you and your guests with an unforgettable taste experience. So, whatever your delight, be it rich and decadent or light and simple, I personally guarantee that your sweet tooth will be satisfied.

Further Customization
Plain white fondant icing with a pearl border is an additional $5.00 per person.
We can accommodate almost any design request, with additional charges quoted by the Pastry Chef. All designs must be submitted for review at least two weeks prior to the event.
If you choose to bring your own wedding cake, we are happy to substitute a box of gourmet truffles for each guest.
